I have never had any problems with my creditors before. GEMB Lending's customer service is terrible. I have been accused of intentionly sending them bad checks. I mail my bills at the same time. They are the only ones that claim they never recieve my check. I put a stop payment on my check because I figured it got lost in the mail. This has happened 3 times. Every stop payment cost me $25. After the late fee date all of a sudden the check appears. They still try and process it. My bank will not pay it because I put a stop on it. read full review »
