I entered the loan modification program in January 2010 and followed all Litton's instructions to the letter. Unfortunately their instructions changed every couple weeks and I got conflicting information from each representative. After opting out of the modification program at month 4, it took 3 additional months and over 10 phone calls and letters to get a correct accounting on my account.
