First-time at America's Best location in Schaumburg, IL and was I in for a suprise from the front desk to the exam chair! It was such a bad experience that brought tears to my eyes. The worst part was seeing the optometrist (David S.) who was rude. He made inappropriate verbal remarks regarding clients who come only to get "freebies" or for the sake of getting new eyeglasses even though in his opinion are not needed. He assumed the wrong things about me/my visit and was condescending. I wish that no customer gets this kind of treatment for a simple eye exam. read full review »
