DR built a home in Ft. Worth, Texas (Bar C Ranch) with an undersized air conditioning unit. Put a 3-ton in a 1800 sqft home with 11' ceilings. Would not cool below 81 degrees on a 95 degree day. Made all sorts of excuses trying to get me to continue the closing process. Forfeited deposit and walked away before it became my $8k replacement problem. BEWARE - BUYER BE DAMNED.
