I booked my 40th birthday party for 125 people with them a 1yr in advance, put down a 500.00 deposit and was told 3weeks before the event that they had to cancel my event due to the Coast Guard shutting the boat down. THis turned out to be a big lie, their event coordinator CHaney made up this big lie, so I had to re-plan my whole party in a matter of 2weeks. I spoke to the Manager of the establishment who promised to return my deposit, that was 2years ago no refund and no return call. It really sucks!! read full review »
