Never been so disgusted with the customer service representatives. Poor attitudes and not willing to be that helpful at all. Wish I had seen some of these complaints before purchasing. Everytime you call it costs you money for this and then that. Had the vacumn less than a year and it is broken. Told me for 50 they would send me another one. Sounds like you will constantly be sending them money for one reason or another. Rude people to have to work with. Been waiting for an answer to an email and it has never come.
