There is a Federal law called the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" that Citifinancial does NOT follow--harassing phone calls up to 10 times a day and up to 10 pm at night in my case. Any ways to slow them down? I cosigned for a car loan with a friend. NOW I find out, I am the PRIMARY person responsible for it. I do NOT have a driver's license & canNOT even drive! We try to make the payments, but as another person said, the total amount due seems to never go down. They are a bleeping rip-off! read full review »
