I have dealt with Verizon wireless, internet and now telephone for several years now. Each of their products has one thing in common, horrible customer sevice. I cancelled my service in June as I sold my home a relocated in July. Verizon continued to charge me for another two months. It is impossible to reach a manager capable of making a decision outside of their algorithm. I finally got a hold of someone who could sort this out and I was supposed to get a refund.
