Mimo auctions keeps claiming since the beginning of May 2010 that the item I consigned, a 1960 wrought iron dining set by John Risley is sold for $2, 500, but will not pay the proceeds/sale. If the item is sold, then it should be paid and if it is not paid, then it is not sold and the item should be returned. It is noe September 2010 and Mimo auction still would not pay amount owed nor return the unpaid consigned item. Mimo Auction is a rip off, dishonest and a fraud and should not be allowed to stay in business. The owner probably kept the item for himself or rents it out for profit for himself. read full review »
