This is the most horrible tutoring service you could ever use. The tutors are incompetent. I wanted the tutor to explain pre-calculus example in the book so I gave him the problem and he kept doing it wrong! He was giving me wrong answers constantly. At the time I signed up the sales rep also told me that my account would not be autorenewed and he/she would cancel it from the start. Yeah, that was a lie! It is impossible to get my money back from them and they are so rude! Appearantly this company does not even have a PHONE!! read full review »
