They are thieves. I was told if I entered my promo code I would get 100 free bids. After I entered my code it still wanted my credit card information so I went right to their Q&A page to find out why, and it stated the only reason it needs my card is incase i win a bid it will have my card to charge for shipping and handling. Then 4 days after registering i receive a charge on my credit card for $149 I called them to find out why and none of their phone support members have the authority to help, so i have to email them.
