The track and trace facility on the SAPO website continually returns a 'runtime error'. When calling the 0860 track and trace number, after listening to 'we are experiencing high call volumes please be patient' for 10 minutes, they then employ the oldest call centre trick in the book to reduce call volumes - answer and put down immediately! With the promise of 'no service', it may be smarter to pay the higher fee to a customer driven private courier company! read full review »
