On 12-26-2008 I too, fell for this supplement and purchased the trial order. I quickly canceled the membership. The date is now 02-17-2009 I have made all the phone calls and retracked all orders and shipments with the RMA labels required. Once again I find charges of 79.86 on my account. I too ran into the problem of them not answering there calls, Also there number is not listed on their website I have listed the phone number and address for your convienience.
