I noticed on 9/28/2010 that there was a charge for 29.95 to a Web Saver. I have never nor will never use such a service. I went to my bank and they gave me the phone number. I call on that day 9/28/2010 and was told that a refund would be processed and that their policy states 8-10 days. I spoke wiht Mr. Lopez on 10/7/2010 and he told me that it would be back in my account by Monday, 10/11/2010. It is now Monday and there is no refund, and I spoke with that Mr. Lopez and he told me again that he would handle it personally. Please don't ever deal with company or you will be ripped off. read full review »
