Does anybody else see it as pointless and or ridiculous to have an owner's manual for a car, in the form of a DVD?? I recently had an issue with my parents 2010 Dodge Caravan; the key won't turn to the off position making it impossible to remove. I thought perhaps there was a catch to removing the key.
