Advertising on pricegrabber as amazon marketplace seller; Bliss Computers advertised they had "notebooks" for sale on amazon.com in September of 2010. The sale link went to amazon.com where the laptop ad was replicated. When item was shipped, it was a replacement LCD. Company will refund %80 of sales price but none of shipping either way. Customer is out 20% of payments for restocking fee and all shipping charges (40% of payments).
