My mother has been in a rehab facility for the past 8 weeks for a boken arm. When she moved back to her home somebody named Mrs. Roberts keept leaving messages on my mother's answering machine saying they were a debt collection agency (NCO Financial Systems) trying to collect a debt. My 90 year old mom has NO debt!! I manage her finances and luckily she was not on her own to try to figure this out. I tried to contact them at the # they left to clarify this and got no answer.
