Left to Ny sue to an family emergeny. Come to realize whiloe i was away thyey disconnected my service stating that they wanted 2 months of payment upfront on top of all that the customer service was terrible. They talk to the customers with and attitude and are extremely disrfespectful. I would not suggest anyone to use their service you are better off with a regular cable box. They should hire more with people that know how to speak to their customers like supervisors or managers. read full review »
