When does it become okay for a Director and Owner of a Leadership Center embarrass and humiliate a 12 year old girl in front of her friends, peers, and his staff members. Without any consideration he yelled across the warehouse sized room, to a member of his staff, to call her me because she will no longer be allowed to attending the center.
