I have booked the ticket to Yangon and Guangzhou. The airasia not only change the changing date fee, they will still forfeit the insurance fee and reserved seat fee RM25. If you reserve again, you still have to pay another RM25 and RM21 for insurance. It is really not fair to customer! I am really not satisfy with it. read full review »
