Very good, high quality recruiting firm. They are open about the fact that 90% of applicants will not receive a response, just like 95% of students who apply to Harvard do not receive a response - FEP Search Group only works with job seekers who are a perfect fit for their openings, because like every other recruiter, FEP Search Group serves the hiring company - not the job seeker.
