I was in the hospital for kidney cancer and they repossessed my RV. I had been in contact with them regarding a temporary loan modification, was told that I had to bring the account current(which I did) then they said they don't have any loan modifications. I was only 47 days late, and they knew of my health situation and took it to auction, sold it for pennies on the dollar and now they want the accelerated balance from me.
