Called up Direct TV to resolve a complaint. Had hours of conversation with customer service, finally received a resolution of my complaint from a supervisor, the company has no record of any of it. Called up again, was told I did not have grounds for the complaint and that there was no record that I had complained previously. Easily the third time I have tried to resolve a problem with the company, went through all the usual steps, then after I was told the problem was resolved, it wasn't and they expected me to cough up the $$$$. read full review »
