I ordered a part for my vacuum on 9/27. The money was taken out of my account almost immediately, and I have yet to receive the part. I have made numerous calls, and I get a recording telling me the Person at this extension is not available." I have left many messages, sent many emails. Finally today, I googled them and found they are a scam company. I learned always google a company before you do any business with them. These creeps are thieves.
