I experienced an extreme case of 'I do not care, I just work here' when returning damaged goods at GAME. Instead of explaining what must be done to get my product replaced, the customer service assistant and the customer service manager just referred to their company care process and claimed they could not help me. After a long discussion where I as the customer deducted how to circumvent the company care process though asking the right question, I was able to get my product replaced.
