I recently bought a carton of cigarette from our local store. I was smoking on a pack & when I got down to the last cigarette, it had electrical tape on it near the filter end..there was also a small slit in between both ends of the tape. I feel like this pack was tampered with, even though it was completely sealed when I first opened it. I have the cigarette & the pack it was in. I can send pictures if need be.
