I purchased what i thought ws the best microwave, 40lt Samsung, with an extended warr in 2006. In 2008 jst after the warr expired the microwave packed up, bt the extended warr kicked in. Since then this is now the 3rd time i'm sending it in for repair. According to the Management they cant replace this even though the same problem is a consistant defect. What a Load of BULL!!
