I worked in the UK on a working holiday visa 2004 and 2005. Back in SA I wanted to claim back the tax I paid while working there, I found UK TaxClaims. I submitted all the necessary papers and documents and signed everything allowing them to deduct £200 from my tax returned from HMRC in the UK and to pay the rest (£600) into my UK account. This all happened in 2007. It is now 2009 and the money still isn't paid into my account. I have tried to contact them several times, emailed them, phoned them but no response.
