Based on my complaint sent on 27 Oct, I was informed by Diane of VVM to go into the City of Jhb offices to lodge a formal account query. Reason being is that I am not liable for this balance on the arrear rates & taxes account as it is registered under the Provincial Government's name and some wise person decided to link my ID number to this account-sounds more like Fraud!This was an error made by City of Jhb but due to the lack of responsibility, I need to sort it out to avoid any legal action.After 2 visits to the City of Jhb... read full review »
