BEWARE of this Company!!! EVERYBODY in this company goes to work everyday with one goal in mind: To deceive you! I put in a claim for my Mircowave/Convection Oven that needed a sensor. After I paid the service call fee, and parts were ordered, I get a call from "John" at CHW saying, I'm sorry we only cover Built-in's not counter tops.
