I purchased and had the ADT Home Monitoring service installed in my mothers home for her safety. My mother moved when she could no longer live alone and we had her service moved with her.I have paid for this service for the best part of 6 years. Earlier this year, I switched which credit card the service would be auto-charged thru. The charge went thru fine and then I simply assumed everything would be as it had be.
