This is a copy of what I sent to Chastain and Etcheson after they toook 2800.00 to take "immediate action and confirm that my lender was willing to work on my modification: I went to this law group because their website checked out, and the info provided about their BBB rating and no complaints was provided in links from their own website. I realize now they used BBB.com not BBB.org, and that I used their links instead of typing in the info as an independent search.
