Greetings, today at Wall-mart I was denied service at a money center by three managers insisting that I did not have proper ID to receive service. The cashier was respectful and stated that I needed to speak to a Manager if I wished to seek further resolution. Then came Shawn, a customer service manager, whom did nothing in the form of customer service and managed only to encourage other associates to one look with disapproval as though I was somehow wrong.
