We ordered a sofa bed on the 5/9/10 which was delivered on the 9/9/10, very quick you may say, but, they delivered the wrong item, instead of a sofa bed it was just a sofa, the delivery men would not unpack it - it was in a huge box - when we unpacked it and realised that it was wrong I rang the customer services in Swindon Wilts and was told they would have to arrange for it to be collected, this they didn't do, so we rang the store we bought it from and was told the manager had left!
