The City of San Diego requires door-to-door solicitors to obtain photo licenses from the Police Dept and to have that license clearly visible when conducting solicitations. The City of San Diego Municipal Code also requires solicitors to abide by posted NO SOLICITING signs on residences. Both of these criteria were violated when my doorbell was rung by a brazen, lawless Clark Pest Control solicitor. Clark Pest Control has refused my demand for $500 for violation of these City Codes and impacting my right to privacy and undisturbed peace in my own home. read full review »
