Went to Riddex site from Google. Saw ad - buy 1 get one free. In order to check out what shipping & handling would be, you had to follow through as if placing order by entering your info. When I saw the high prices charged and how misleading the ad was, I backed out of screen to the beginning without hitting a confirmation button. Then hours later I got confirmation of order on my iPhone. The price was shocking. I sent a reply telling them I did not order and to cancel. Now, cannot get to Riddex's customer service to confirm the cancellation. read full review »
