Conrad Salas-Ding and Frederick Stephen Ding run a FAKE company called SD Global Pilipinas from the Manila Business College in Manila. They are scam artists and frauds. They offer telecommunications services for call centers, boasting capabilities to get very low rates that seem to good to be tru and in the end, they are.
