At least a month and a half has gone by and I am still waiting for a refund from Whirlpool. I have called several times and each time I am assured that my refund request has been submitted. I have also contacted the company by email two or three times but have gotten no response whatsoever, even though it says on their website that they will respond within 3 days. I should not have to wait almost two months to receive a refund, especially since the charge is on my credit card and incurring interest charges in the meantime!
