I ordered two serving pieces of Lunt Embassy Gold Sterling Silver on January 15, 2009. When they arrived, I realized I'd ordered the wrong pattern. After MONTHS of trying to get this resolved and two complaints to the BBB, my money was finally refunded to my credit card for the piece that was back ordered. I returned the other one to the manufacturer, decided on a refund instead of the piece, and still do not have my money almost 2 years later.
