After looking on line for a place to help us with computers, we chose Geeks on Site. We called and they wanted to try to fix our problem over the computer and said if they did not they would send a tech out. They asked us how many computers and what type and we told them we had (2) and they said it would be $150. We explained that both computers had the same problem - one was a brand new laptop and the other an older desk top and we could not connect to the internet during peak hours of the day.
