Hi Airtel Team, I am extremely unhappy due to the non-responsive attitude of your helplines and the concerned executives. My phone connection was disabled on October 12, 2010 for which I did the verification immediately. The connection got activated but again today i.e. October 13, 2010 it again got disable at 2.00 pm IST. Since then, I am calling up the customer care numbers to which the executives responded that it will be activated within 1 hour giving a reason of a techincal default in the system.
