We purchased the most expensive front load washer and dryer Sears had to offer last year along with a 5 year repair and maintenace plan. Several months ago the washer quit working we called and they made us an appointment for 2 weeks out between 8 and 5. My wife took off work and when I got home at 3 they still had not arrived. At 5 they called and said they were running late at 6 they called and said that he wasn't coming because the code it was showing was a part that he would need to order and when it came in he would reschedule.
