On 26th September 2010 I ordered a TRIAL of Acai Max capsules. By 4th October I hadn't received them, so tried to contact the company, both by email and telephone, to no avail. The goods arrived on 5th October, postmarked 4th October. On 6th October I tried to telephone to cancel any further orders, but could not get through. On 7th I telephoned to cancel and managed to speak to someone - in America. They told me I was outside their ten day trial time.
