Paid contractor in 4 installments. The 1st installment was to pay for masonry work to back steps and new carpet for 1 bedroom. All monies were paid in a timely manner based on the contract. The work was not done. He called asking for the money again saying we didn't pay him for the work. It was listed out in the contract. This contractor walked off the job. He did not notify us at all. We were unable to get the keys back to our house thus we had to have new locks placed on the house. He does not return phone calls. He does decent work but is not reliable. He discriminates against disabled veterans trying to take money. read full review »
