I’ve never been so frustrated with a company. Santander Consumer is very poorly run. My auto loan was recently purchased by Santander from Citi. I reached out to Santander who indicated that I would need to set up an automatic Debt with them if I wanted to continue the payment service automatically. However, I purchased a new vehicle and traded in the car attached to the Santander account. They were paid off in full and I check to make sure using their online service.
