I paid 3900.00 dollars to have my mortgage modified. Janian and assc told me they would get me a mod with 30% less monthly payment, guaranteed. I am now in a fore berance and cannot get anyone at janian on the phone or email for weeks. When I started with janian in Sept of 09, I was current on my mortgage . After following Janians instructions, I have been foreclosed on one and stopped that with a fore berance and am now over 25, 000 dollars in arrears. read full review »
