I already had my class "A" with endorsements and wanted to get some OTR experience, well I put in an application with them and a recruiter called me back. she asked me some questions and asked what I wanted from C.R. England. I said I wanted to be a Company " SOLO" Driver and that I wanted to be trained for winter and mountain driving, she said that I would get what I wanted.
