Ive been waiting for my upgrade on cellphone 4 quite a long time as my cell was stolen only a short period after I got it. Ive been excited. I phned Virgin Mobile Greenstone time of upgrade spoke with Thulani who was taking care of my upgrade via telephone I told him I wanted HTC Diamond, he tellls me he needed my particulars, I emailed him my ID etc and he came to deliver phone at my work next day.
