On the 20th Sep I bought a compter stand from Game Southgate, a week later when I went to collect I was simlply told it was out of stock and I would be contacted after they arranged for another one. We are now in November, countless phone calls have been made to the store to follow up but the dont care attitude of staff and management hasn't assisted the lack of customer passion and willingness to help is ridiculous.
