I purchased a Motion Computing J3500 computer. Considering the high-cost of this computer, the overall quality of this tablet computer is severely disappointing. The pre-installed Motion Computing software has the appearance of software developed in the early 1990's. Features of the software are not intuitive, documentation is incomplete, and technical support is ill equipped to answer questions. The mobile keyboard is flimsy, cramped and difficult to attach.
